Quantum Sailing Skipper

Quantum Sailing is run by Glenn Smallcombe, who will be your skipper whilst you are onboard Quantum Leap.

Glenn is an experienced, commercially endorsed Yachtmaster and RYA Cruising Instructor. He started sailing more than 30 years ago and to this day maintains a passion for the sea that he loves to share with others. He will ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience onboard.

We are keen to make sailing more accessible and encourage inexperienced crews as much as old sea dogs. Throughout your time on the yacht your skipper will be available to clearly and patiently explain how everything works and will help you develop your skills and build your confidence.

Sailing is a great sport for bringing people together and this is one of our primary aims at Quantum Sailing. We want to provide the opportunity and environment for friends, families or colleagues to spend quality time together- holidays with a purpose!
