Corporate Team Building events
A Team Building events could be a day, a weekend or longer period. It could be local sailing with lots of opportunity for the team to relax and get to know one another better or an offshore experience where the team bond together through a shared adventure.
Whatever your requirements, these bespoke events will be designed specifically to meet your needs. Typical one-day team building event:
8:30 – Arrival – greeted by your skipper with hot bacon rolls ready for you.
9:30 – After a safety briefing and introduction to the boat, slip moorings and head into the Solent.
10:00 - Spend the morning learning to sail in the Solent, everyone taking turns at different tasks.
13:00 – Anchor in Chichester harbour, Beaulieu or alternative location for lunch.
14:00 – Further sailing exercises and challenges, returning to Haslar marina late afternoon.
17:30 – Relax and enjoy a drink or two together in the marina reviewing the day’s activities.
18:30 – Visit the Lightship restaurant on an adjacent pontoon, for an excellent meal to round off the day.
Before any event we will discuss your requirements with you in detail. You will need to consider what you would like to get out of the time onboard. Do you want to focus on improving teamwork, leadership skills or just to provide an environment for people to get to know one another better?
